Regional Business Development Manager (East Coast)

We’re a fun, fast growing, family-run company looking for a Territory Growth Champion to own and grow our presence across the Eastern half of the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast/New England. You’ll work with retailers, industrial distributors, end users, and large OEM accounts, sparking excitement and driving growth wherever you go. If so, we would love to consider you for this positon. Travel: Approximately 2 weeks per month What You’ll Do Build and grow relationships across retail, industrial, OEM, and end-user accounts Educate and train partners with hands-on demonstrations and field expertise Bring energy, excitement, and infectious enthusiasm to every interaction Identify market opportunities and provide insights to leadership Support partner onboarding and product launches Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in-store trainings Maintain a structured travel schedule to cover the territory effectively Who You Are Experienced in sanding, painting, cabinetry, wood finishing, or related trades (Bonus if you’ve owned or managed a painting company or cabinet shop.)
