Marketing Campaign Manager

Join our clients’ Clean Energy Education and Awareness program, dedicated to raising awareness about the clean energy transformation and its benefits for underserved communities, particularly those facing barriers such as low income or language challenges. As a key member of the program team, you will collaborate with six team members across outreach, community engagement, content, and data/reporting functions, as well as five marketing and events managers.This high-visibility role will involve managing marketing and content campaigns for broad outreach, alongside targeted in-person learning experiences. With strong program funding and internal support for equitable access principles, this position is ideal for candidates passionate about addressing climate change impacts, especially for diverse and highly impacted communities throughout Western Washington.Length: Contract through 2025Location: HybridAssociate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage marketing campaigns for the program.Serve as the day-to-day contact and strategic partner for vendors, including creative and media agencies.Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts, including field marketing initiatives.Contribute to the development of education and awareness content delivery strategies.Identify and implement methods to effectively reach target audiences, driving them to content across digital and in-person channels.Collaborate with outreach team members to enhance engagement opportunities and drive participation/attendance. Work closely with the program's content strategist to plan and develop clean energy education and awareness content.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in communications, media, marketing, business innovation, business management or related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally for consumer customers -- especially audiences with access barriers, with budget oversight responsibilities.Understanding and interpreting marketing and data analytics; Smartsheet; social media marketing; an understanding of true multi-channel campaigns (including out of home) and how to track and measure success.Experience leading marketing/communications campaigns targeting audiences with high access barriers; experience designing and implementing culturally sensitive and inclusive marketing strategiesExperience managing advertising and creative agencies, including deliverables from concept through completion, schedules, optimization, etc.Direct experience in marketing communications with consumer, commercial, industrial and/or institutional customers within a corporate and/or advertising agency environment, with budget oversight responsibilities.Proven experience in customer communications and engagement process improvement.Proven experience developing a customer research plan and utilizing research findings to inform and improve upon customer engagement goals, strategies and tactics.Desired QualificationsFluency in either Spanish or Vietnamese (the program has targeted campaigns in those languages)
