Think less sit-and-answer-phones and more hospitality ambassador. You'll keep common areas running smoothly, coordinate with facilities and security teams, manage supply inventory, and handle a variety of light administrative tasks throughout the day.This is a highly visible, fast-paced position that rewards people who are proactive, warm, and take pride in the details.What you'll be doing:Welcoming guests and employees with warmth, logging visitor information, and coordinating with building security as neededSupporting on-site meetings — verifying room setup (AV, catering, lighting, temperature) and connecting with organizers in real timeConducting regular floor walks to keep common areas tidy, well-stocked, and guest-ready at all timesManaging incoming packages and deliveries, tracking supplies, and submitting work order tickets for any facilities issuesServing as a go-to resource for employees — fielding questions, handling requests, and following up to make sure everything gets resolvedManaging access cards and key logs, and assisting with troubleshooting badge or entry issuesWhat we're looking for:3+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, restaurant, concierge, or a client-facing office environmentA naturally upbeat, professional demeanor — you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys taking care of othersComfort working independently with minimal supervision while staying organized and ahead of the daySolid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyStrong written and verbal communication skills, and a polished, professional appearanceAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods throughout the dayHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredNote: All applicants must submit a resume with complete, accurate employment dates for the past 10 years of work history.
