The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET Core, C#, React JS, SQL Server, Oracle, Power BI, Azure, and DevOps practices. This role involves full software development lifecycle activities, legacy application modernization, data migration, cloud deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills11+ years of experience in Full Stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, performance tuning, stored procedures, and data modeling Experience with Oracle and Oracle-to-SQL Server data migration Extensive experience developing Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformations Hands-on experience with Azure or other cloud platforms Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools Experience modernizing legacy applications and migrating legacy data Knowledge of Section 508 Accessibility Standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills  Preferred QualificationsExperience working in government, healthcare, or other regulated environments Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
