Supported by a massive regional network with capabilities in brown box, sheet production, graphics, and retail fulfillment, you have the operational backing to solve complex customer requirements.Drive Growth & Market ExpansionIdentify and qualify: Proactively research and vet high-potential opportunities to build a robust pipeline of priority accounts. Secure business: Conduct introductory and follow-up sales calls to build relationships and win first-time and repeat business. Complete sales ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, from developing pricing proposals and articulating value to closing the deal. Exceed targets: Consistently surpass sales quotas through disciplined territory management and independent field activity.Relationship & Account LeadershipConsultative partnerships: Build enduring, long-term relationships by acting as a trusted, solutions-oriented partner. Internal collaboration: Partner closely with design, quality, customer service, and plant leadership to ensure seamless execution for your clients. Market intelligence: Stay informed of competitive activity and market trends across the territory.The ProfileWe are seeking a professional who thrives on autonomy and possesses the resilience required to build a territory from the ground up. Experience: Proven background in outside sales, preferably within the corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Independence: You must be comfortable running an independent territory with discipline, structure, and minimal day-to-day supervision. Technical aptitude: Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex packaging solutions are key to success in this role. Requirements: A valid driver's license and the ability to transport and handle product samples are required.
