Project Manager-Data Center Design

IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Design & Construction to support large-scale infrastructure and data center development projects. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex construction initiatives, from design coordination through construction administration and project delivery.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external design partners, and supporting the construction of highly technical facilities such as data centers or other large infrastructure environments.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end design and construction lifecycle for large-scale infrastructure or data center projectsCoordinate internal and external designers, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycleOversee design development, construction administration, and project execution activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, construction teams, and leadershipEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budgetEstablish timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progressTrack project milestones and provide regular status reports to senior leadershipSupport strategic planning and decision-making related to project delivery and executionUtilize project management platforms to track project performance and improve operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience managing projects within the design and construction lifecycleStrong project management experience supporting large or complex infrastructure projectsExperience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordinationBackground in construction administration and design coordinationProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentStrong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)Preferred Tools & TechnologiesExperience with the following tools is beneficial:SmartsheetProcoreMicrosoft ProjectRevitAutoCADAdditional InformationThis role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to guide project teams through complex design and construction programs.
