Clearance Requirement: Active TS-SCI Clearance On-Site Support Chantilly, VA Responsibilities: Interfacing with data stewards, data managers, and advance data librarian support across all the ODNI DCOs to support data access, availability, and provenance Extracting, cleaning, and loading the data from IC elements into a cloud database and creating metrics based on the data In collaboration with the ODNI CDO / DIG, providing long term iterative improvement of a data quality framework to monitor and improve data reliability and quality Assisting in defining ODNI data assets Developing and implementing data processes for verification, acquisition, mining, and modeling Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability Performing data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assisting in the resolution of data issues Assisting stakeholders with data related technical issues and supporting their data infrastructure needs Experience: High School Diploma/GED + 12 years Associates + 10 years Bachelors + 6 years PhD + 4 years ADA Notations: Regular communication. Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy. Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding). Salary Range: The final salary can be influenced by a variety of factors, such as Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, educational background, and certifications.
