New Business Development Manager Industrial – UK (remote)

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a leading international Water Treatment company. The company serves several markets such as Food & Beverage and represents products such as filtration, disinfection, clarifiers, and separators.We are currently recruiting for a New Business Development Manager located within the UK.ResponsibilitiesDevising and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.Acquire new clients in that region by actively prospecting and evaluating opportunities through rigorous exploration and completion.Building a strategic understanding of client needs through cross-functional collaboration.Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new account bookings, encompassing initial kick-off meetings with Project Management, while overseeing the timely submission of comprehensive job packages.Identify the most suitable and competitive specifications/solutions for customer issues and offer specialised knowledge to support the sales teams.Requirements5+ years’ experience sales experience.Route to market experience.Bachelors degree.Extensive, detailed, process knowledge in Chemical and non-chemical disinfection.Experience or background in industrial applications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbally in English.Effective computer skills: Microsoft Office Software, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other Company and discipline specific software applications.
