We are currently seeking our next Human Resources Director to join our team. Position Summary The Human Resources Director oversees all aspects of the human resources and payroll department, including supervision of HR team. Maintains and utilizes HRIS, scheduling and payroll system to support efficient HR operations. Advises and guides management in interpretation and application of personnel policies and procedures. Actively participates on the Administrative Team and partners with the Executive Director to align HR strategies with the organization’s overall business objectives, Mission, Vision and Values, and championing a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in employment and payroll law, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and payroll, safety, worker’s compensation, employee development and engagement. Interpersonal and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite. 5 Years experience in a leadership role in the Human Resources field. Experience in a retirement or healthcare setting is preferred.
