Valve Assembler Technician

We are seeking skilled Assemblers specialized in Safety Valves, Control Valves, and Becker Valves.Key Responsibilities IncludeAssembling valves from components and calibrating set pressuresInstalling and bending stainless steel tubing with precisionReading technical drawings and assembly documentationPerforming pressure and hydro testing (preferred but not mandatory)Troubleshooting and repairing valve componentsDisassembling and reassembling specific valve types, including seat lapping and leak testingEnsuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed during assembly and testingQualifications And Skills2+ years of valve assembly experienceProficiency in stainless steel tubing installation and bendingMechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and reading engineering drawingsKnowledge of industry standards such as API standards for safety valvesAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and safety awarenessTools proficiency including calibration equipment, lapping tools, and precision measuring instrumentsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdditional Attributes IncludeMechanical aptitude and quality focusStrong troubleshooting, accountability, and reliabilityExperience in industries such as valve manufacturing, repair, instrumentation, oil & gas, or power generationKey challenges involve precise calibration, leak prevention, complex assembly, and troubleshooting to ensure valve performance and safety standards are met.
