Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, and water supply lines. Install, Service and repair HVAC systems ensuring efficient operation. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Install, diagnose and repair electrical systems. Operate a vehicle safely for field service visits across multiple sites. Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC systems Adhere to safety protocols while working with refrigerants Support emergency repairs or urgent service requests promptly to minimize downtime for clients. Requirements Proven experience in trades with a strong background in plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical and mechanical maintenance. Service technician experience with a focus on field service operations across commercial or industrial settings. Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately. Skilled in using diagnostic tools for electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general building upkeep. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites. Knowledge of HVAC standards including refrigerant handling procedures and safety protocols. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments requiring standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, or working at heights.
