We are open 7 days a week to serve lunch, brunch, cocktails and full service catering.Position Overview: Big Bad Breakfast is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Local Store Marketer (LSM) to grow our brand and catering business through direct community outreach. This role is primarily field-based, focused on building relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations through sampling, networking, and consistent follow-up. Over time, the position will also include light administrative and office support.Pay: Hourly and salaried positions available based on experience, availability and part/full time.Key Responsibilities:Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote BBB cateringDeliver food samples and introduce menu offeringsBuild relationships with key decision-makers (office managers, coaches, athletic directors, etc.)Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and follow-upsCoordinate catering opportunities, partnerships, and promotionsExecute grassroots marketing efforts in the communityDetermine and communicate appropriate discounts or in-kind donationsTrack outreach efforts, leads, and resultsAssist with light administrative tasks, including invoicing and general office supportQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with in-person outreach and cold callingOrganized, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyProfessional demeanor and appearanceValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to transport food items for samplingSales, marketing, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Join Big Bad Breakfast?Hands-on role with direct impact on local growthCommunity-focused, relationship-driven environmentOpportunity to grow into expanded marketing or office responsibilities
