Launched on May 5, 2003, the platform is primarily used for professional networking and career development.We are seeking an Executive Briefing Center Program Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Mountain View, CA.This role is responsible for leading strategic end-to-end executive engagement programming, inclusive of cross-business unit executive briefings and 1:1 meetings. The role will lead to how executives engage with executive-level contacts from the highest priority accounts, strategic partners, and select organizations and groups. The position serves as a strategic connector in service of deepening trust and long-term value, operates as the center of gravity for executive storytelling, programming, and innovation, and acts as the steward of quality and consistency, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the excellence of the brand.In this role, this position will challenge the status quo, take intelligent risks, and push executive engagement programs forward. It will act as a lead consultant for executive engagement programs that complement business priorities and narratives. The role will partner effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including external agencies and vendors. This is a high-profile position that requires exceptional business strategy, strong influencing skills, and the ability to solve complex challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable in real time.Please ensure that your LinkedIn profile is included in your resume**ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage business strategies and project plans for executive engagements, including briefings, 1:1 meetings, and high-touch interactions across events and hosted environmentsContribute to overall executive engagement strategy, including tactics, budgets, and resource planningOrchestrate peer-level engagements across the customer journey to build trust and long-term relationshipsCodify and scale best practices through playbooks, toolkits, processes, and performance metricsBuild and manage stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels to drive alignment and executionCapture and analyze feedback, sentiment, and intent signals from executive engagements to inform broader strategiesDrive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of engagement programsAlign engagement initiatives with broader global programs for maximum impactInfluence decision-making, solve complex problems, and drive strategic change initiativesIdentify new opportunities, develop solutions, and implement process improvementsPartner with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomesSkills And Qualifications5+ years of related professional experienceStrong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and proactive approachAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsComfortable working with ambiguity and driving initiatives forwardWillingness to travel up to 25% or morePreferred QualificationsExperience working with Executive Briefing Center (EBC) programsUnderstanding of account-based marketing and executive engagement strategiesExperience building scalable programs, playbooks, and operational frameworksStrong executive presence and stakeholder management experienceWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
