We desire to see many lost multitudes come to a saving faith in Christ as God's people joyfully engage in reaching them.Position OverviewThe Director of Content builds and leads a global content ecosystem that produces mission-driven, world-class media. This leader defines workflows, recruits and develops talent, and ensures creative and technical excellence across international studios.The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, strong artistic and operational leadership, creative problem-solving, and technical competence. They love God and people, pursue excellence, empower others, and bring faith-filled positivity to their work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop Teams: recruit, develop, and oversee a global content workforce; foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, excellence, and accountability.Ensure Production Excellence: oversee high-quality media production and acquisition at scale; maintain creative and technical standards across teams.Build Systems & Infrastructure: deploy the right talent, tools, systems, and workflows; oversee studio design, optimization, and integration; align international studios through shared processes.Strategic & Creative Leadership: partner with the Engagement Team to shape content strategy; contribute creatively to select high-impact projects; oversee A/V planning and execution for ministry events.90-Day PrioritiesRecruit and prepare seasonal staff to lead 25 media interns.Implement workflows and training systems for a 30-person team.Lead production of 200 prayer and music tracks to support video initiatives.DetailsReports to: Media & Arts IntegratorCompensation and Benefits: Will vary by experience.
