12080 Title: Project Manager

Core requirement: This position will be responsible to deliver Single Tenant accounts SLA reports. Using various tools including ServiceNow, Focused Run, Excel, and MS Word. SLA reporting will be the focus for the first half of each month. Other activities will include various reporting on SAP Analytical Cloud and ServiceNow. Must be very analytical and be able to communicate to all levels of management.JD:Generate and deliver monthly SLA reports for customers using tools like ServiceNow, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.Manage large-scale technical projects, including cross-functional teams, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and performance control.Assist the Program Manager in implementing best practices for portfolio, program, and project management.Provide timely and clear communication regarding project status, issues, risks, and updates to stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers.Manage Change Control, Issues, and Risks, ensuring timely project implementation through risk assessments, roadblock identification, and driving mitigations/solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Project Management Methodologies and support organizational process improvement.Contribute to the development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and best practices.Analytical and technical project/program management experience.Experience in Cloud/IT operations, software engineering, systems engineering, or similar fields.Experience within an SAP environment.Experience in developing, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures documentation.Business process and cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to shift priorities quickly and effectively when needed.Ability to train diverse individuals on established procedures.Business strategy executionBusiness analysis expertiseProgram and project management proficiencyBusiness process development
