A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Payments Compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on compliance with card network rules and regulatory standards for new products and payment processes Review and assess new payment products and partnerships for compliance implications and escalate key considerations Monitor compliance risks, document findings, and support compliance training and educational programs for employees Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal within the payments industry Strong understanding of card network rules and banking regulations Professional compliance certifications such as PCIP or CAMS Ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
