Packer/Quality Control

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer/Quality Control individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately identified, labeled, packed, strapped and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, efficiency, and safety within a cabinet manufacturing environment. Duties Accurately pick and pack products according to Sales Order and order specifications. Load and unload materials from Production Line, trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure quality of manufactured goods. Conduct quality checks on items to ensure they meet company standards before packaging, as well as picture items and store information electronically. Operate box machine, strapper and forklift, always adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team to optimize packing processes and improve efficiency. Assist production management by reporting discrepancies or issues with product quality. Skills Experience in materials handling and packaging processes is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with packing procedures within a production environment is preferred. The ability to operate equipment including box machine and strapping machine, is a plus. Ability to learn production methods and offer support to manufacturing team. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
