The ideal candidate will be passionate about clean code, efficient algorithms, and robust architecture.Key Responsibilities:Backend Development:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Project Leadership:Lead the development process from concept through to deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.Code Quality and Best Practices:Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Performance Optimization:Identify performance bottlenecks and provide solutions to improve system efficiency.Implement monitoring and logging solutions to maintain system health.Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of experience in backend development, with significant expertise in Golang.Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory data stores.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Knowledge of concurrency and multithreading in Go.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with gRPC and GraphQL.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Understanding of distributed systems and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).Contributions to open-source Golang projects.
