You'll be at the center of it all, working closely with Partners, Carriers, Advisors, and Marketers to ensure smooth processing of agent licenses and contracting requests. Along the way, you'll get to train, coach, and mentor your team, helping them grow while driving success for the organization.This is your chance to make an impact, elevate your leadership skills, and leave your mark on a growing and dynamic company!HOURS: 9 am to 5 pmDURATION: Direct HireWORKPLACE: In officePAY: $71,500 – $85,000 base salary + Bonus!BENEFITS: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with employer match, and paid time offKey ResponsibilitiesAct as escalated point of contactReview and prepare incoming contracts for input into the electronic work streamContact agents for missing documentsFollow required departmental checklists and workflow itemsProcess a high volume of work within established accuracy and time goalsReview and analyze error notices on new policy applicationsNotify agents of required licensing, Errors and Omissions coverage, and Anti-Money Laundering trainingAdvise internal New Business team of actions to take to resolve error messagesProcess agent License and Appointments by performing necessary transactions to process state licensing, including payment of fees to state insuranceComplete agent terminations by sending letters and terminating agent record and state appointments in all required systemsCommunicate with agents, field force, state insurance departments and vendors via telephone or emailPrepare reports for management and agentsRelationship calls with Carriers and Partner AgenciesCollaboration in the development of policies and proceduresPerforming audits; ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training of teamQualifications5+ years of life and annuity insurance industry experienceMinimum 5 years in a management role in life and annuity insuranceStrong knowledge of licensing and contracting processes within life and annuity insuranceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteExcellent communication and conflict resolution skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProven ability to lead teams with a servant leadership approachAbility to prioritize, delegate, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
