This iconic venue and restaurant offers guests memorable experiences from dining to large scale events. Our high-volume iconic venues offer a la carte dining as well as special events. Only those with the following will be considered.QualificationsSerious restaurant/event GM credentials in a multi-faceted, high-volume venue for a minimum of 10 yearsDynamic personalityProven leadership and commitment to excellencePossess a passion for hospitalityDetail orientedExcellent communication skillsWilling and able to pass a background checkStrong culinary and wine knowledgeResponsibilitiesWork on marketing initiatives with our marketing departmentMaintain SOP concerning sales and expensesLead by example and create an environment where all our team of memorymakers flourish and growOversee all facility maintenance and repairsEnsure new team members are properly onboardedOversee all beverage purchasing to ensure we meet our budget goalsOversee overall staffing to ensure we meet our payroll goalsImplement, oversee, and maintain all policiesFull P & L management.
