Position DescriptionThe System Integration Engineer shall be responsible for supporting mission customers using the solution. The solution is a containerized virtual Linux desktop solution deployed in a Kubernetes environment. The tasking shall include gathering requirements and implementing those requirements through a systematic approach.RequirementsPosition Required Skills Experience using the Linux CLI Experience configuring and installing Linux packages Demonstrated experience developing scripts using Bash and Python Experience monitoring, sustaining, and troubleshooting a large application/system infrastructure deployment in a Kubernetes Linux environment Experience with Helm Charts to package and deploy applications to a Kubernetes environment Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker Demonstrated domain knowledge in distributed systems (cloud-based technologies) Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience with Git/GitLab source control systemsPosition Desired SkillsExperience providing customer support and outreachExperience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
