Breast Imaging Program Manager
Position Details Job Summary: Responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the breast imaging program, including day to day operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and program development across multiple sites and service locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational alignment throughout the system.Essential Functions:Provide operational and clinical oversight of breast imaging services across Women's Pavilion, Neosho, and additional organizational sites as aligned with system needs, ensuring standardized practices and performance.Manage all aspects of the breast imaging program, including mammography, tomosynthesis, and related procedures, ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery.Oversee day to day operations, including workflow optimization, scheduling, staffing coordination, and efficient utilization of resources.Provide leadership and support to lead technologists and quality control staff, fostering accountability, professional development, and smooth daily operations.Ensure ongoing compliance with ACR accreditation standards, FDA MQSA regulations, and internal quality assurance protocols.Collaborate with radiologists, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams across affiliated locations to support patient care, quality outcomes, and operational objectives.Lead strategic planning initiatives related to service enhancement, technology advancement, and program sustainability.Participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and oversight of equipment selection and capital projects.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, turnaround time, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.Represent the breast imaging program in community outreach, patient education, and partnership initiatives.RequirementsARRT certification in Mammography required; additional breast imaging certifications preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in breast imaging services.Previous leadership or management experience required.Demonstrated knowledge of ACR accreditation and MQSA compliance.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with radiology information systems.Length of Contract13 weeksShift8am-5pm, M-FHours/week40 hours/weekFloatingMay need to help at Neosho location as there is a Women's area there too but not frequently.
