CPA Licensed Financial Controller

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function and ensure financial accuracy and scalability. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP Oversee financial reporting and consolidation across multiple property and fund entities Maintain strong internal controls and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience Real estate or property management accounting experience required Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience managing multi-entity accounting environments
