ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement operational plans to support the Company’s strategy and annual goals.
Position the operations organization for long-term success while achieving near-term objectives.
Operational Excellence:
Lead global operations including the planning, manufacturing and supply chain functions to achieve best-in-class performance.
Drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Manage site inventory and develop strategies to improve the delivery, quality and cost of critical materials.
Team Leadership & Culture:
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team that exemplifies accountability and collaboration.
Inspire followership through clear vision, transparent communication, and empowerment.
Partner cross-functionally to align operations with other functions including commercial, quality and engineering.
Results Delivery:
Ensure consistent achievement of Company financial goals and KPIs including On-Time Delivery, Quality, and Cost.
Balance immediate operational priorities with strategic investments for sustainable growth.
Executive Collaboration:
Actively contribute to senior leadership and board discussions on business strategy and organizational development.
Integration & Growth:
Support due diligence and integration of potential acquisitions.
Optimize global footprint and enable scalability for new product launches.
Work as directed by Manager.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICIATIONS, and TRAININGS
Bachelor’s degree or higher
20+ years of operations leadership with experience managing multiple sites and supply chain organizations
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to foster high engagement and accountability through strong people leadership
Success driving operational and cultural transformation through trust building and effective change management
Strong business acumen and financial literacy
LEAN certification or training
COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Epicor a plus.
Microsoft: Office 365; SharePoint; Teams; Visio; and OneNote preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Shall have essential physical skills; be able to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, be able to lift at least 50 pounds (or ¼ own body weight).
Shall have adequate vision, reading, writing, and documentation skills, and hearing to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must have enough endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.
Will be engaged in speaking, sitting, walking, driving, listening, and in communicating both orally and in writing while performing his or her duties.
Must be able to listen and respond to questions and instructions.
