Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Job description: Job Title: General Laborer – EV Battery Production Support (Full time) Location: Holland, MI Industry: Automotive / Battery Manufacturing Logistics Schedule: 12 hr. Shifts Day Shift 6am - 6pm $18/Hr. / Night Shift 6pm - 6am $19/Hr. Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to support production and logistic operations in an EV Battery manufacturing facility. This position involves material handling, cleaning, and general support activities to ensure efficient, safe, and organized workflow. Responsibilities: · Support daily production and logistics operations as directed · Handle materials safely and efficiently between different work areas · Assist with packaging, loading, and unloading of materials and products · Perform general movement and organization of items within storage and work areas · Conduct cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas, tools, and equipment · Keep the dock and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well organized · Follow all safety guidelines and maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) · Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S or similar standards · Participate in required training and follow standard operating procedures · Assist team members and supervisors with additional duties as assigned · Adapt to changing priorities or work tasks as needed to meet production goals Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Familiarity with pallet jacks, walkie stackers, or similar equipment Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed Work Environment: Fast-paced industrial environment Exposure to moderate noise and temperature variations PPE (gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.) required Schedule & Location: Full-time Shift schedules may vary depending on production demand Location: LGES Plant, Holland MI Benefits: Group Medical insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Employee Simple IRA (individual retirement account) retirement savings plan · Opportunities for training, skill development, and career growth Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week Benefits: Health insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
