This role demands strong technical leadership, operational ownership, and the ability to work closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal technology teams and business domain experts to understand infrastructure requirements and translate them into robust solutionsAct as the primary liaison with data Centre service providers, vendors, and solution partnersManage and oversee DC DR architecture, including data synchronization, replication, and periodic DR drillsOwn end-to-end responsibility for servers, storage, backup, and system infrastructure deployed in the data centresEnsure proactive patching, monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and availability managementLead infrastructure operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai offices, ensuring consistency and complianceDrive infrastructure standardization, documentation, and operational best practicesIdentify risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges; propose and implement corrective actionsSupport audits, regulatory requirements, and security reviews related to infrastructure operations. Experience & Skills: Minimum 10+ years of experience in data centre infrastructure support and operations.Strong hands-on experience leading Networks, Linux , Windows, DevOps, Cloud environmentsExperience supporting multiple technology stacks in high-availability environments.Good working knowledge of servers, storage systems, backup solutions, and replication technologiesExperience with open-source monitoring and replication toolsSolid understanding of load balancers, web servers, SSL, proxy servers, and network-adjacent componentsStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently while also leading and collaborating within cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
