About The RolePicture your day starting with a safety huddle, scanning KPIs across your assigned PECO TPM Locations, and rallying the team around the priorities that move Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement forward. As the Regional TPM Site Operations Lead, you orchestrate day-to-day execution, grow and develop people, and turn strategic initiatives into standard work that sticks. You are the connector between strategy and shop floor reality—facilitating the tools, principles, and values that define PECO Processes.What You’ll DoProvide direct leadership to TPM employees, owning overall location performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Inventory, and Engagement metrics.Serve as the onsite relationship owner with our TPM Partner, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and results.Maintain, optimize, and report on location budgets and expenses in partnership with the TPM Supervisor.Mentor and develop TPM staff—coaching skills, elevating capability, and building a strong bench.Continuously seek better ways to operate, improving safety, product quality, and operational throughput; champion best-practice sharing across locations.Collaborate with sales, service, transportation, and planning on TPM performance initiatives and cross-functional priorities.Prepare and communicate operational performance reports that illuminate workload, resources, and trends for leaders and frontline teams.Drive successful project implementation by deploying the right tools, processes, and personnel; ensure effective change management, risk identification/mitigation, process documentation, and clear stakeholder updates.Oversee inventory control activities for other pallet companies.Perform other duties as assigned.How You’ll LeadYou’ll facilitate and administer TPM and continuous improvement principles, advance strategic planning, and lead training and development so that the physical implementation of PECO Processes is consistent, scalable, and sustainable.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in manufacturing/operations with at least 3 years in a manager role.Proven ability to partner across departments and lead effectively in a team environment.Deep understanding of manufacturing equipment/processes and/or operations processes; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data and KPIs to drive decisions.Strong professional writing skills and experience preparing technical reports; able to clearly articulate complex information.Comfort responding to detailed inquiries and presenting to groups and senior leaders; able to supervise multiple groups/shifts, if applicable.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with enterprise software systems.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving; strong manufacturing business acumen.Ability to drive a forklift is required.Personal AttributesExecutive presence and communication skills that inspire trust and build credibility at all levels.Embodies PECO’s Core Values: Safety, Integrity, Trust, Excellence.Brings a diverse background and industry-leading best practices to elevate the organization.Accountable for key results and deliverables; focused and deadline-driven.Self-confident and comfortable engaging current and prospective PECO partners.Data-, process-, and results-oriented; strong leadership and communication capabilities.High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for winning.Equal OpportunityPECO Pallet Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
