This position focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and supporting store operations.Employment is at-will, and duties and responsibilities may change based on business needs.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the shopping experienceIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products based on individual preferencesProvide accurate product information, including usage, benefits, and ingredientsInform customers of current promotions, events, and loyalty programsOperate the POS system and process transactions accurately and efficientlyPackage purchases neatly and provide gift wrapping upon requestAssist with merchandising, restocking, visual displays, and maintaining store cleanlinessSupport inventory counts and other operational tasks as neededMaintain situational awareness on the sales floor to support store safety and loss preventionCollaborate with management on marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions and social media supportContinuously develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledgeAccurately handle cash, credit card, and other forms of paymentContribute to overall store sales goals and performance metricsPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications RequiredStrong customer service skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs requireMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesA background check may be conducted after a conditional offer of employment, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local lawsPreferred Qualifications1+ year of retail experience (beauty industry experience preferred)Bilingual ability in any language, especially Korean, is a plus but not requiredAbout StyleKoreanStyleKorean is a global distributor of Korean beauty and skincare products, serving customers worldwide since 2012.
