Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC based in Spring Valley, NY, with opportunities for remote work. As a clinician, you will provide individual and group therapy sessions, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. You will collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and provide case management services as necessary. Your focus will be on addressing mental and behavioral health concerns in a client-centered manner while maintaining detailed client records and documentation. Qualifications Expertise in Social Work and Medical Social Work, with an understanding of diverse cultural contexts.Proven skills in Case Management to assist clients in accessing resources and support services.Experience working in Mental Health and Behavioral Health settings, providing therapy and interventions.Valid LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in the state of New York is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.Proficiency in maintaining documentation and client records to meet regulatory and ethical standards.Prior experience working in diverse and multicultural settings is a plus.Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage.
