Maintenance Lead
Minova is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to join our newest, largest, and most advanced manufacturing facility in Tooele, Utah. This role is a key leadership position responsible for building structure, driving reliability, and setting the standard for maintenance excellence in a growing operation.This is a true player-coach role. We are looking for someone who can lead a team while working side-by-side with technicians, establishing preventive maintenance systems, managing spare parts, and ensuring equipment uptime in a fast-paced industrial environment.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Lead provides leadership to the maintenance team while delivering preventative maintenance, repair, reliability, and technical support to plant operations and equipment.
