Join a team that drives collaboration, excellence, and operational effectiveness in one of the leading aerospace manufacturing organizations in the defense industryIn this role you willLead and manage quality processes in aerospace projectsPrepare and lead quality forums, site quality reviews, and improvement meetingsConduct internal audits to verify compliance with customer and company requirements and support external auditsEnsure company compliance with customer requirementsManage quality processes including MRB, CAPA, and failure investigationsMaintain and update the QMS system including procedures and company policiesBe responsible for FOD complianceLead and motivate improvement teamsRequirementsB.Sc. in Mechanical, Materials, or Quality EngineeringAt least 3 years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineeringFamiliarity with composite materials and mechanical systems - AdvantageFamiliarity with AS9100 aerospace standardExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility for self-learning and independent workStrong leadership, management, and process-driving capabilities across the organizationExperience working with multiple interfaces and customers in Israel and abroadHigh level of EnglishOnly relevant applications will be answered#Karmiel
