For hosts, communities, and event organizers, Mutuals provides tools to create events, reach new audiences, and build stronger communities.Our goal is to redefine how people discover experiences and build real-world connections.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for Growth Fellows / Campus Ambassadors to help introduce Mutuals to students, communities, creators, hosts, and event organizers across San Francisco and college campuses.This is currently an unpaid fellowship-style role designed for people who want hands-on exposure to startup marketing, community-building, content, and early-stage growth. Fellows will receive on-the-job training, mentorship, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work closely with the founding team on real startup projects.We’re hiring multiple candidates, and responsibilities will be customized based on your strengths and the skills you want to develop.Depending on your interests, you may help with:• Reaching out to event hosts, promoters, and community leaders• Helping introduce organizers and communities to the platform• Creating short-form content for Reels / TikTok• Supporting affiliate Instagram pages and community accounts• Representing Mutuals at real-world events• Helping brainstorm and execute grassroots growth ideas• Supporting early user feedback and community engagementIf you care about community, love talking to people, and want hands-on startup experience, this is for you.We move fast, value initiative, and are looking for people who are excited to learn by doing.Qualifications• Highly proactive and comfortable taking initiative• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships• Interested in startups, consumer tech, events, or community-building• Strong communicator online and in person• Organized and able to manage multiple projects• Creative eye for content is a plus• Experience running social pages, student orgs, events, or communities is a plusWe are a very early-stage startup, so things change quickly.
