The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with collections. The candidate will also communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to analyze and report financial data effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Finance and Accounting with experience in invoicing and accounts receivable processesStrong Analytical Skills to interpret and reconcile financial data effectivelyExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams collaborativelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelPrior experience in a similar accounts receivable or finance-related role is preferredAssociate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
