The Agency Development Manager is an independent insurance agent who leads and mentors other independent agents in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties with confidence.Successful business leaders prioritize:Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring other sales agentsIdentifying, interviewing, and recruiting new sales agentsProviding hands-on field training and collaborative work experiencesFacilitating sales meetings and training sessionsDriving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accountsEstablishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makersCreating a dynamic, competitive, and team-oriented environmentCultivating and sustaining relationships with brokersBeneficial Qualifications and/or Skills:Experience in B2B salesProven ability to recruit, develop, and lead sales teamsBackground in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teamsCompensation: As an Agency Development Manager, you have the potential to earn competitive commissions based on sales results, including renewal income, bonuses, and world-class trips.Training and professional development opportunities will be available to help you develop, expand, and strengthen your agency. Any income range associated with this posting represents potential pre-tax earnings as a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings.
