Join the AmeriLux Family of Companies as a Facilities Maintenance Technician!We are seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep AmeriLux owned facilities. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to commercial and residential buildings and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all employeesKey ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility maintenance and repairs across production, warehouse, and office areasTroubleshoot building systems and support preventative maintenance programsAssist with production equipment maintenance, equipment moves, and facility improvement projectsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting company safety initiativesSupport general facility upkeep including grounds maintenance, snow removal, and coordination with outside vendors as neededSchedule: Monday through Friday, day shift.Compensation: $20-30 / hour Based on experience and expertise RequirementsQualifications and Skills:Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50-75 lbs Ability to stand and move throughout the shiftBenefitsThe AmeriLux benefits package includes a nationally award winning zero-dollar deductible healthcare plan created to ensure peace of mind and comprehensive care for all A-Team family members.Our onsite healthcare clinic, free to all team members, provides convenient access to high-quality medical care with a personalized touch from physicians who take the time to get to know you.
