Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control/Shop Floor Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. As the Quality Control/Shop Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that production processes adhere to ISO standards while optimizing workflow efficiency on the shop floor. You will conduct regular audits, provide training to staff on ISO compliance, and implement necessary changes to enhance production quality. If you are looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment while ensuring the highest level of quality in our production, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.ResponsibilitiesEnsure shop floor operations comply with ISO standards and regulations.Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes.Provide training and support to staff on ISO compliance and quality standards.Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement in workflow.Maintain and update documentation related to quality assurance and operational processes.Analyze data and reports to track performance and suggest corrective actions as needed.Act as the liaison between management and shop floor staff regarding quality-related issues.Create effective Production Scheduling with strong adherence to deadlinesRequirementsProven experience in quality management and ISO compliance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
