Website & Design ManagerSilverado Jewelry Gallery is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Website & Design Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across Shopify, email marketing, and social channels.This is a fully in-person role based in Bend, Oregon. Due to the hands-on nature of product photography, in-gallery collaboration, and team management, remote work is not available for this positionThis is a hands-on leadership role—you will execute day-to-day digital operations while managing a Social Media Coordinator and ensuring all digital channels are aligned, elevated, and performing.Key Responsibilities:Shopify & E-commerce ManagementMaintain the Shopify website, including product uploads, collections, and landing pagesEnsure a visually compelling, high-converting, and mobile-optimized site experienceManage integrations (Klaviyo, Lightspeed, apps) and troubleshoot issuesExecute SEO best practices for product and collection pagesMonitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvementEmail Marketing & Campaign Execution (Klaviyo)Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns and automated flowsSegment audiences and manage list healthDesign and optimize on-brand email templatesTrack performance (open rates, click rates, revenue) and iterate accordinglySupport promotional calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaignsContent & Creative ExecutionOversee and contribute to product photography (studio + lifestyle)Edit and prepare imagery for web, email, and marketing useDesign digital assets (website banners, email graphics, light print materials)Maintain a consistent and elevated brand aesthetic across all channelsSocial Media Oversight & Team ManagementManage and provide direction to an in house Social Media CoordinatorReview and approve social content to ensure brand alignmentCollaborate on content calendars, campaigns, and growth initiativesEnsure consistency between social, email, and website messagingCustomer Experience & Operations (Light Support)Oversee customer communication standards and toneAssist with customer inquiries and order support as neededSupport order fulfillment processes during peak periodsQualifications4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar roleStrong Shopify experience (product management, collections, basic customization)Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platformsProven ability to both execute independently and manage workflows or team membersStrong eye for design, photography, and brand presentationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)Understanding of e-commerce UX/UI and conversion best practicesFamiliarity with SEO fundamentalsHighly organized with strong attention to detailBonus QualificationsExperience in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retailBasic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledgeExperience managing or mentoring team membersFamiliarity with Lightspeed POS or similar systemsWhat Success Looks LikeA polished, high-performing Shopify site that is consistently updatedStrong and consistent execution of email campaigns and flowsHigh-quality, on-brand product imagery and digital assetsA well-managed and aligned social media presenceClear communication, organization, and follow-through across all digital channelsWork EnvironmentAt Silverado, our small, family-run jewelry gallery is a bright, sunlit space in the heart of downtown, filled with warmth and connection (and a little sparkle from our disco ball).Working here means being part of a close-knit team where everyone supports one another, collaborates openly, and takes pride in creating something meaningful together.
