If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!About the OpportunityWe are actively seeking highly motivated Hospitalist Medicine Physicians to join our team on a locum tenens basis. You'll play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to hospitalized patients, working alongside a team of dedicated nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. This locum tenens need is significant, equivalent to filling 2 full-time-equivalent (FTE) positions.What You'll DoConduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Perform necessary procedures.Order and interpret diagnostic tests.Manage patient medications effectively.Document medical records accurately and comprehensively.Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Who You AreBoard certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (FM).Active Texas medical license and DEA registration are mandatory.A minimum of 2 years of experience in Hospital Medicine is preferred.You possess strong clinical skills and experience managing a diverse range of medical conditions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are essential.You demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.ScheduleLocum tenens position (ASAP - Ongoing)12-hour shifts with rotating callWillingness to work 7 consecutive shifts, preferably for 2 weeks per monthFlexible schedule to accommodate days, nights, and weekendsBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package (details provided upon request)Opportunity to practice medicine in a dynamic Texas Hill Country communityAre you a passionate and motivated physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity?
