Lead Architect

Overview In this role, you will drive the technology strategy and architecture across the enterprise, with a focus on AI, API management, integration, and security. You will translate strategic intent into actionable roadmaps, reduce technical debt, and lead application rationalization to enable scalable, cost-effective solutions. You will mentor teammates and shape AI solution strategies in collaboration with other architects, contributing to the long-term vision of the organization. ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic consultancy to business customers to define processes and organizational structuresLead complex enterprise solutions combining domain knowledge with technology optionsDrive enterprise strategy, environment analysis, value cases and portfolio developmentDesign and specify large, complex systems and infrastructure componentsReview system designs for optimal technology choice and integrationSet architecture component policies and perform impact analyses on major design optionsDevelop detailed component requirements and translate into implementable designsAdvise on technical aspects of development and integration, ensuring alignment with standardsIdentify and lead major process improvement programs with measurable business benefitsLead resolution of architecture and business problems in major initiativesCommunicate effectively with all organizational levelsManage customer/partner expectations and participate in walkthroughs and problem resolutionMaintain deep expertise in relevant technical areas and mentor peers Key requirementsBachelor's degree in IT or closely related field7+ years in an IT discipline7+ years in a business disciplineTOGAF and related certifications; AI, API, Integration Architecture, Security Architecture certifications preferredHealth insurance industry knowledge preferredStrong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks and complex system designleadershipcommunicationmentoringAI strategy and solutionsAPI managementIntegration Architecture
