Manufacturing Engineer

You'll collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply partners, and engineering teams to bring designs into production and continuously improve performance. This position offers high visibility, strong leadership interaction, and the opportunity to influence both current production and future manufacturing strategy.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and refine manufacturing processes that support high-quality, cost-effective production.Create and maintain production routings, work instructions, inspection criteria, and validation plans.Apply GD&T principles, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing best practices to ensure robust designs.Design or evaluate fixtures, tooling, and equipment; recommend automation where beneficial.Partner with external suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure adherence to technical requirements.Identify process gaps, solve manufacturing issues, and implement mistake-proofing solutions.Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.Champion safety by integrating safe design principles into manufacturing processes.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related discipline).5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong experience with 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).Solid understanding of metal tolerances, GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing limitations.Experience developing processes, work instructions, and production documentation.Exposure to ERP systems and structured project work.Ability to translate engineering intent into manufacturable solutions.Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Comfortable working cross-functionally at all levels of an organization.Effective communication skills—written, verbal, and technical.Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000 + 10% BonusBenefits Offered: 2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.If you are a passionate Manufacturing Engineerlooking for anew and rewarding career, please apply today!
