Sales Operations Specialist

Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite) Pay: $40,000 –$50,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM A growing Grand Rapids-based company is seeking a Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist to support internal sales operations and system processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations organized, accurate, and efficient. While the position supports the sales team, it is primarily focused on data, systems, and process documentation rather than heavy customer interaction or phone work. Key Responsibilities Perform system clean-up and data maintenance across internal platforms Create and maintain process documentation and step-by-step procedures for sales and order workflows Enter customer orders received via email into the ERP system Pull and compile reports from multiple systems and Excel to support the sales team Assist with maintaining organized documentation around order processing, pricing verification, invoicing, and shipping notifications Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or data-focused administrative work Experience in consumer goods, wholesale, or retail distribution Intermediate Excel skills Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Preferred: Customer service experience Experience with NAV Business Central #INMAR2026 Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist Client Support / Sales Operations Specialist
