The firm operates across traditional and alternative asset classes — including consumer lending, structured investments, and Bitcoin infrastructure — and is in the process of embedding AI across every layer of its business. The engineering bar is high, ownership is real, and the work directly impacts how capital is deployed and priced.The Role You will build the models, tools, and data infrastructure that power trading, portfolio management, underwriting oversight, and daily NAV pricing on the Alternative Lending desk. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct exposure to portfolio managers, credit research, fixed-income operations, and structured investments teams.
