Solutions Architect

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities· Define and own the end-to-end system architecture for enterprise and cloud-native applications.· Design scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions using .NET, Java, and cloud platforms.· Provide architectural guidance for microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.· Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.· Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code to ensure alignment with architecture.· Collaborate with business, product, DevOps, security, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.· Guide teams on cloud adoption, migration, and modernization strategies.· Identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.· Mentor and coach senior developers and technical leads. Technical Skills & ExperienceCore Technologies· Strong hands-on experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs) and Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).· Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.Cloud & DevOps· Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP.· Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).Architecture & Integration· Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful services, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).· Experience with API management, security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and identity solutions.· Strong knowledge of application security, performance tuning, and scalability.Data & Storage· Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).· Understanding of data modeling, caching strategies, and data consistency patterns.Qualifications· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.· 15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.· Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP Architect) are a plus.Soft Skills· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.· Leadership mindset with a focus on mentoring and collaboration.· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
