Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer & Chief Revenue OfficerLocation: Charlotte, NCAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role sits at the center of day-to-day execution—owning complex calendars, managing inboxes, coordinating travel, and ensuring both leaders are prepared, focused, and operating at their highest impact.You’ll also play a key role in planning and executing internal and external events, including leadership offsites, team meetings, and partner engagements—bringing a high level of organization and polish to every detail. Beyond executive support, you’ll help keep the Charlotte office running smoothly and act as a reliable point of coordination across teams.Success in this role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and CRO—protecting their time, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.What You’ll DoExecutive Support & CommunicationOwn and manage the calendars for the CEO and CRO—prioritizing time, resolving conflicts, and aligning schedules with business prioritiesCoordinate meetings across executives, internal teams, and external partnersManage and triage inboxes, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-throughPrepare executives for meetings with agendas, materials, talking points, and follow-upsDraft and edit internal and external communicationsMaintain confidentiality and sound judgment when handling sensitive informationTravel & LogisticsPlan and manage all executive travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingenciesCreate detailed, organized itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiencesCoordinate logistics for leadership meetings and key engagementsEvent & Meeting CoordinationPlan and execute internal and external events, including leadership offsites, team meetings, and partner engagementsCoordinate vendors, venues, materials, and day-of logisticsEnsure events are well-organized, professional, and aligned with company standardsOffice ManagementServe as the point person for the Charlotte office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsManage office vendors, supplies, and facilities coordinationSupport in-office meetings and create a welcoming, organized environment for employees and visitorsAbout You3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative support role C-Suite leaders in a high-growth environment Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional, executive-level correspondenceProven ability to manage complex calendars and competing prioritiesExperience coordinating travel, meetings, and events end-to-endHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationService-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approachComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shiftAbout UsLaunched in Fall 2017, Home Solutions targets the rapidly digitizing home services vertical and matches homeowners with the right service provider to meet their needs.
