You'll Love:Signing Bonus!Stay Bonus!Instant Vacation DaysCareer GuidanceLearning and DevelopmentEmployee Appreciation EventsTuition ReimbursementComprehensive and affordable benefits including medical, dental, vision, health reimbursement arrangement, flexible spending account, paid life insurance + AD&D and short-term disability.Rewarding 401k ProgramPaid HolidaysCommunity Involvement Responsibilities:CNC Operation & Programming: Set up and operated multi-axis CNC mills and Manual lathes to produce high-precision components.Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints specifications, and CAD/CAM filesto plan machining sequences and ensure 100% adherence to engineering designs.Quality Assurance: Perform inspections using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipmentDesign & Modeling: Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and Mastercam for manufacturing and prototype development.CAM Integration: Develop multi-axis CNC programs and toolpaths from CAD models, ensuring seamless integration between design and physical production.Documentation Management: Computer administration duties using Oracle Manufacturing Qualifications:3D CAD Modeling in Siemens NX or SolidWorks requiredCAD Certifications preferred, or 1-2 years equivalent experienceOr degreed in Plastics Engineering/TechnologyInjection Molding, Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Dip Molding product designExcellent PC skills in Excel, PowerPoint and WordComputer administration duties using Oracle ManufacturingAbility to work and communicate with all levels in the company
