This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage high-volume invoice processing with accuracy and efficiency. What You'll Do Process high-volume invoices (75-100+ daily) using 3-way matching across US, Canada and manufacturing entitiesEnsure accurate and timely payments through systems such as SAP, Fusion, Wise, and other regional platformsInvestigate and resolve parked and blocked invoices by partnering with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholdersReconcile vendor statements and respond to internal/external inquiries with a strong customer service mindsetEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standardsIdentify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies within the shared services environmentSupport team priorities and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines, especially during month-end close What You Bring 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExperience with ERP systems (SAP highly preferred)Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to step in and support where neededExperience in consumer products or shared services environments is a plusFamiliarity with document imaging systems (e.g., ReadSoft) is a plus Why This Role High-impact role within a globally recognized organizationExposure to cross-functional teams and international operationsOpportunity to contribute to process improvements and operational excellenceA strong foundation for career growth within finance and shared services
