Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health This will support our care centers in Portland, Salem and Roseburg Company Car will be provided for assignment, Competitive rate with additional per diem for expenses. Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home health nursing services and case management processes according to the assigned patient's individualized plan of care based on care center policies and procedures, through the competent application of nursing process. Required to travel extensively throughout assigned region to provide patient care in care centers. Two (2+) years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home health. Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR point of care for home health. Salary range, $97,448 to $121,804.80 depends on home health experience. This is a Travel RN position.
