This role involves conducting all-source analysis to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence in support of Combatant Command requirements, with a focus on the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).The analyst will operate in a dynamic, shift-based environment and support mission-critical intelligence production aligned with ICD 203 tradecraft standards.Conduct all-source intelligence analysis using multiple intelligence disciplinesProduce written intelligence products, briefings, and assessments for senior leadersAnalyze complex datasets and information streams to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport intelligence requirements focused on the CENTCOM AORApply ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards to ensure quality and objectivityCollaborate with IC and DoD partners to integrate intelligence insightsContribute to the intelligence cycle, includingCollectionProcessingAnalysisDisseminationProvide verbal briefings to leadership and stakeholdersMaintain awareness of geopolitical, military, and regional developmentsActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source analysis experience, OR7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum 3+ years of research and analytic experienceExperience supporting the CENTCOM AORKnowledge ofDoD and Intelligence Community structuresCombatant Command operationsExperience applying ICD 203 tradecraft standardsAbility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nightsHigh School diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsExperience withData analytics and visualization toolsAdvanced analytic methodologiesKnowledge of the intelligence cycleStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsDemonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadersAssociate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree strongly desiredWork EnvironmentOn-site at the PentagonRotating shift schedule (4 days on / 1 day off)High-tempo operational intelligence environment supporting mission-critical requirementsBluehawk, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer/EOE Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
