Role Description The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage daily financial transactions related to invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling financial discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springdale, AR. The Specialist will collaborate closely with the finance team to support the organization's overall financial efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable tasks, including processing expense reports and vendor paymentsStrong skills in Finance and Accounting principlesExperience with Journal Entries and reconciling financial transactionsExcellent Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving discrepanciesProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredRelevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles is a plus
