Director of OperationsOur client is a direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplements brand seeking a Director of Operations to join as a foundational leader. The founding team brings a unique blend of elite operating and growth experience. The business is positioned to scale rapidly and is looking for an operator who can build and execute the operational backbone from the ground up.This leader will own and scale all core operational functions, including supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments and is eager to build systems, teams, and processes that support rapid growth.*** This is a remote position in the USKey Responsibilities:Own end-to-end operations across manufacturing, 3PL, fulfillment, and logisticsBuild and manage relationships with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) partnersDrive COGS optimization and margin improvement, balancing cost, quality, and speedDevelop and implement scalable operational infrastructure, systems, and processesOversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain managementEnsure operational readiness to support aggressive growth across DTC channelsEstablish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and efficiencyIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real timePartner closely with founders on strategic planning and executionQualifications:7–15+ years of experience in operations within DTC supplements, nutraceuticals, or functional food/beverage brandsProven track record of scaling operations in a high-growth, early-stage environmentDeep experience managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and supply chainsStrong understanding of unit economics, COGS, and margin optimizationHighly hands-on mindset; comfortable operating both strategically and tacticallyDemonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and iterate quicklyEntrepreneurial, resourceful, and execution-focusedThrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environmentsCompensation: $120,000-170,000 plus benefitsIf this sounds like the position you have been waiting for, please apply using the online application or the link below.
